What Is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based psychotherapy developed for the treatment of trauma and PTSD. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation, typically guided eye movements, to help the brain reprocess distressing memories.

Session Structure
